About Insomnia Relief NY

Insomnia Relief NY is a portion of Dr. Julie Kolzet’s psychotherapy practice located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Through her consulting work with other practitioners, and her clinical work with patients, Dr. Kolzet has identified a growing need in the community for evidence-based insomnia treatment. Not only has she seen an increase in the number of patients that come to therapy with concerns about sleep issues but she has also noticed that very few mental health providers are utilizing CBT-I, the highly effective, number one psychotherapy treatment for insomnia. As a result she has created Insomnia Relief NY which is a practice based in Manhattan that aims to help patients with their sleep issues. More specifically, Dr. Kolzet and her staff are dedicated to helping patients explore the thoughts and behaviors that influence insomnia. Working as a team, patients will gain control over their sleep, which can dramatically improve mood, relationships, work and overall quality of life.
